Wagon Masters

Let me introduce myself. My name is Roger Silva, and my wife's name is Margaret. We are currently The Pioneer Camping Club's Wagon Masters.

I have been camping with the club from the very beginning. At first I would go out with my parents, and later with friends. In 1991 I met Margaret, while we were camping (if that's not a sign, I don't know what is). For several years after that we camped in a tent, until be purchased our first 5th wheel in 1996. We purchased our third 5th wheel in May of 2008. Our enjoyment for rving continues to grow. As of January 2012 Margaret and I have been out 239 times in our 5th wheel, and have been in 44 of the lower 48 states. We love RVing and plan to continue with club outings and extended travel for many years to come.
